2016 Was a Blast for Con Vivo

Over the past 12 months, we performed 11 free concerts across Jersey City, bringing the highest quality chamber music to our vibrant communities. Here are a few highlights:

  • Kids Show about improvisation with Toomai String Quintet
  • a celebration of American art songs for the 4th of July
  • the first grand piano performance at Groove on Grove
  • portrait concert of Japanese composer Toru Takemitsu
  • special JC Fridays performance in the Heights with The Statuary
  • performance at the Jersey City Art & Studio Tour Kickoff Party alongside major Jersey City performing organizations

    CVM is moving our annual fundraiser to the spring! Join us on April 8 at Barrow Mansion to kick off and help support our 2017 concert season. We will celebrate our mission of bringing the communal spirit of chamber music to Jersey City through free concerts!
